• Market the services of Regain to a range of local employers in order to develop potential referral routes.• Develop close ongoing working relationships via face to face meetings with local employers• Target identified trade areas in order to develop specialist provision.• Secure high volume vacancies with new employers and develop opportunities for work placements.• Engage employers in active participation in job entry and pre employment training programmes.• Work with tutors and job coaches to ensure candidates are correctly matched with appropriate placements and vacancies.• Establish and maintain close links and good working relationships with relevant external agencies and assist in the implementation of specialist partnership developments.

• Secure interviews and job placements for clients, and market the services of the company via face to face meetings with local employers.• Secure high volume vacancies with new employers in the area and build up a bank of placements.• Account management of local employers, ensuring regular contact and lasting relationships.• Actively seek new commercial opportunities from existing business and identify and drive forward new opportunities.• Engage employers in active participation in job entry and pre employment programmes.• Match clients to various vacancies, prepare them for interview and follow up with appropriate action immediately after interview.• Ensure high level relationships are maintained and developed with local employers.• Monitor performance against target, budget and income generation.• Maintain information on employer engagement, labour market intelligence, placement opportunities, client job matching and progressions onto further skills training as required.• Work closely with Job Centre Plus and regional training providers.

• Promote Seetec services to employers via the phone , face to face visits, direct marketing activity, presentations and networking.• Build and maintain value adding relationships with employers.• Develop and maintain a database of local employer contacts.• Undertake sales and marketing activities to find work placements, job assured placements and employed status positions.• Generate vacancies and manage employer relationships, establish recruitment needs and requirements, and maintain contact with employers.• Match job seekers to employment opportunities and assist job seekers to consider and take up suitable employment offers.• To conduct appropriate follow up procedures to obtain feedback from employers, monitor and evaluate the quality of the service provided to employers, securing repeat business.• To deliver activity set out in sales and marketing action plans to develop and exploit key account opportunities.• Production of weekly activity reports for Regional Business Development Manager.• Working in a target driven environment to Government and European Social Fund agreed targets.
