• Setting the Trust’s estates strategy and leading the organisation in delivering it;
• Managing partnerships that identify and influence priorities and plans to ensure effective implementation of the Trust’s estates strategy;
• Managing the Trust’s land and property portfolio;
• Leading on the identification and delivery of the Trust’s sustainability targets through delivery of its Green Plan;
• Leading delivery of major estates capital projects;
