For 13 years, he was a Partner at Bracewell & Giuliani (Chair of the Private Investment Funds/NY Corporate Practice), as a Partner at Linklaters (US Corporate Head) and as a Partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan (Corporate/Financial Restructuring).
