Mark Parker is Health Economic modeller (University of Liverpool, University of York, UK) and Health Economics Consultant, Completing the MSc in Health Economics at the University of York, UK (2009). Primarily involved in leading the development of comprehensive health care assessment and analysis using agent based modelling/Multi agent systems of care pathways, economic models and their evidence basis for use in global value dossiers, international HTA submissions, and national projects such as DRG development, patient registries and their analysis. Further specialising in the challenges of the CEE region and healthcare development.Experience in a wide range of disease areas and population modelling, working with industry, NGOs and governmental institutions to deliver a strong educational background in economics, software development, distributed systems and Artificial Intelligence (1st, BSc Economics and Computer Science, UoL).
