To date, the company has provided in excess of €2.1 billion to a range of clients - including some of Ireland's most prominent house builders - facilitating the construction of over 7,000 private and social residential units.Mark has been a member of CH since its inception, creating and implementing the tools and processes from which the business was launched. He was an existing associate of CH's founding Partners since October 2013, as part of the UK-based financial intermediary business, Miriad Finance. Prior to that, he served in various capacities for global construction and development group, Bouygues, including Site Engineer, Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager and Development Officer.His responsibilities as Head of Operations at CH centre around establishing and implementing processes and procedures to optimise operational efficiency. Mark also conducts the movement of funds to and from borrowers, manages portfolio financials and reports to stakeholders, both internal and external.
