As a part of my university degree we had to undertake a consultancy project with a business, and look to help them with any problems they had. My team consisted of me and two other classmates and we quickly came across Classroom Secrets. The task we were given was to create a set of personas to be used as part of their marketing campaign, by conducting various primary and secondary research. The research collected a vast amount of data and we were about to create eight high quality personas. The project was extremely successful as it has already become part of Classroom Secrets' strategy, and we were given a grade of 83% which we are all very happy about. This project has created a legacy at Classroom Secrets and the impact our work is having will be felt for years to come.
