In my role as Director of International FP&A, I support the International CFO in running the International Finance team at Adobe. The International business at Adobe covers Europe, Africa and Asia. The International Finance Team comprises approximately 20 people located across the region, providing finance business partner strategic and tactical support to the local businesses. As a team we support strategic planning, annual budgeting, go-to-market structure design, regular forecasting and reporting for top-line and opex, performance analysis and forward-looking projections, as well as deal structuring and commercial decision-making.My role is two-fold. On the one hand I co-ordinate the activities of the International Finance team, defining reporting processes, setting out timelines and reporting frameworks, providing tools and dashboards that support our various activities, co-ordinating the shared services team in support of the local business partners. The other aspect of my role is supporting the International Leadership team in running the business and in reporting to Corporate HQ: creating the framework within which the regions report to leadership, consolidating the input from the various regions, creating the submissions to Corp HQ, supporting the various requirements for performance analysis across the region.

I enable and influence key strategic and operational decisions that affect all aspects of revenue, headcount and expense, across all products. I partner closely with the sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies, team and ecosystem structures, lead and pipeline generation plans, account plans, sales plays and compensation models. In 2009 led the implementation of Oracle Financials (OM, AR, AP and GL modules) at DBTSR, which was completed on time and on budget within 5 months. In 2010 led the redesign of DBTSR's sales, revenue and expense forecasting processes, leading to far greater transparent and reliable forecasts by the end of the year. In 2011 worked together with DBTSR's CEO on several projects designed to improve management of existing customers, identify and win new customers and enhance our product portfolio.
