My role with SRIS was to provide insurance advice to Insolvency Practitioners and arrange appropriate covers for the companies/individuals over which they have been appointed. This includes: liaison with pre-appointment Insurers & Brokers, meeting clients on site, preparing Broker Surveys, underwriting risks or submitting details to Insurers for quotations. I am also responsible for client liaison and training.

My role with PPS is to help Professional Executors, Guardians, Attorneys, Deputies and their Lay Clients to ensure that the residential properties they are responsible for are properly insured. Our insurance cover has been specifically designed to respond to the circumstances associated with appointments of this nature, especially if they are unoccupied.

I was responsible for promoting commercial insurance business at the Bank's Business Centres in my area. This involved direct selling to customers and training and motivation of bank staff. Prior to promotion to C.L.S.E., I was a Commercial Account handler in the City New Business Department .

I joined as a General Trainee. I spent 18 months training in the Fire & Accident, Motor, Claims & Accounts Departments. I then joined the Development Department as a Section Leader. I was then responsible for providing Brokers with quotations and securing new business.
