Senior Property Manager
CurrentManaging Government Furnished Property/Equipment (GFP/GFE), Contractor Inventory and/or Contractor Acquired Property (CI/CAP). Write policies and procedures; Acquired Government Furnished property and dollar value; Conduct contractor internal government property audit results; Review purchase/fabrication orders against all Cost Reimbursable and Time and Material contracts; Receiving and disposition log for all government furnished property received; Administer/Manage to government property management system and direct personnel; Assign and prioritize daily tasks for the Compliance Coordinator. • Maintain a DCMA approved government property control system. Direct the company for and represent the company during DCMA government property audits.• Ensure that property control system addresses all FAR/DFARS, CFR, Advanced Traceability and Control (ATAC) and ITAR requirements.• Responsible for the processing of transfers, property accountability and providing guidance on disposition/destruction guidance to ensure compliance with government regulations for an inventory totaling over 20 million dollars.• Provide strategic Management leadership and guidance on government regulations for effective management of government property. Develop, recommend, and implement property administration policy, accountability requirements and procedure including: authoring, manage the release of, and training personnel on changes to improve government property standard operational procedures, reports and practices.• Review contract and solicitation provisions for government property requirements; provide recommendations to project, contract, and proposal managers as needed.• Manage official authorization process for use of government property, which includes initiation of documentation• Administrate the Defense Contract Management Agency Plant Clearance Automated Reutilization Screening System ( PCARRS).
