Current• Responsible for full life cycle development of custom web based software solutions including requirements documentation, application architecture, content design and creation and application implementation. • Successful design and implementation of in house accounting system. Since inception, system has allowed for faster, more efficient invoice/expense processing resulting in an overall 45% productivity increase of accounting department and 99.9% system uptime. Application is web based using ASP to communicate with Oracle backend.• Successful design and implementation of in house, web based Acquisition for Expenditures System (AFE). Since inception, system has introduced 100% automated AFE submit, approval, and closing processes. Site highlights include a custom designed workflow that is 100% data driven and may be altered to accommodate any system in the future, AFE approval process driven by PeopleSoft database and employee approval limits within the company, "Delegation of Authority" feature, which allows management to delegate their authority to other employees in the event they are out of the office. Ability to upload supporting documentation as part of workflow.• Awarded the Colonial Pipeline Presidential Award for development of in house accounting system
