Founding Partner
I started People First Operations with the primary goal to come alongside C Level leaders with consulting and coaching that results in increased productivity and execution for everyone, increased enjoyment for everyone, and to watch them build a corporate team that everyone wants to join and no one wants to quit. The People First Operations approach comes in 2 phases: First, Know your people. Then, Maximize your processes. It sounds simple however what I see over and over again is that executives and leaders think they know their people but they don't. And then the processes that they use to get the work done are ill-fitting for the people performing them - preventing them from really improving and scaling productivity. But it doesn't have to be this way. People First Operations comes alongside leaders and managers to show them a better way - to really know their people and then use those learnings to really REALLY improve their processes.
