Key deliverables have been cultural change, credit stewardship, portfolio segmentation, sector diversification and intelligent prospecting.

Leading a Team of Corporate Bankers whose focus is to deliver the Bank's Healthcare Strategy. Responsibility for identifying & developing new and existing Corporate Healthcare relationships alongside P&L.

Customer facing risk relationship management of a portfolio of large corporate customers and complex transactions. Responsibilities included initial deal assessment, structuring, obtaining credit committee approval, document negotiation and ongoing risk monitoring. Additional responsibilities included day to day operational management of a team of credit.

Responsibility for the relationship management & credit quality of a portfolio of corporate customers, the origination of new corporate business and development of additional income streams. Role initially performed in the Commercial sphere with move to Corporate in 2009.

Led the UK wide Sales and Account Management Team within the Bank’s Invoice Discounting & Factoring arm. Team comprised 31 Sales Professionals with responsibility for delivering new business and 45 Account Managers with responsibility for relationship management and development of the client base.

Created, developed and led the Bank’s strategy for Start-ups & Franchising. Designed & developed infrastructure, products & services, MI systems, Operational Risk Strategy and Credit Risk policy for sectors. Built a Team of 50 people from scratch and developed a clear vision for the Business Area.
