My job is primarily sales based. I take calls from customers and face to face over the trade counter to identify what product they are needing then to source and get up to date prices. Picking and packing of customer’s orders, competent in the use of the Map premier software system producing invoices, receiving and logging out of purchase orders. I am required to go out on deliveries to various destinations in the North East of England including large industrial sites. Unloading of products of pallets received with a fork lift truck, checking multiple parcels throughout the day to make sure of no mistakes. I am responsible for checking invoices against delivery notes for any discrepancy to prices and to put them on the computer system to be paid.
