Safeguarding lead and Family support, line managing an assistant Family support officer, Delivering safeguarding training across 4 schools, supporting Governors with training and ensuring they’re compliant for safeguarding.

Pay as you go Family Liaison and Safeguarding services for those schools that are unable to afford a substantive role. Below are some of the areas that I'm able to coverI can look at and co-ordinate a holistic approach to behaviour across the School (ways of recording, monitoring and pattern detection etc.).Deliver safeguarding training for all staff annually, deliver a rolling program of induction for all new staff joining the School throughout the year. Lead on all LAC, PEP, ChIN, CP and Early Help etc. Support the head with all parent issues, attend parent evenings and other school meetings, attend home visits where appropriate. Oversee attendance and liaise with schools attendance officer to monitor and work towards improving attendance where necessary.Free up Head Teacher's time so they are better able to support the pupil's in their learning and the staff in their teaching.Take a co-ordinated approach to promoting parental engagement. Report to governors annually and keep up with and inform you of the latest legislation
