Principal driver representing field teams for DFS with attention to overall product reliability and cost of service. Gather requirements from service teams to drive design improvements for serviceability, both hardware and software Driver for cross functional PLC members from Engineering (HW & SW), Manufacturing, Technical Product Support (TPS) during product design and development. Define and deliver Field Replaceable Units, tooling (HW & SW) diagnostics, and product technical certification, inclusive of training TPS and Field Service engineers. This will include reviewing Engineering documentation and drafting service operating procedures and checklists. Drive Continuous Improvement Projects to address product reliability issues, optimize Install & Warranty costs and overall product Cost of Service. This will include ownership of Out of Box Quality process, Change Control Board process.

US and European FPD Customer Support responsibilities. Managing Product Support Group which interfaces between Array Checker and Array Saver Product lines and Asia Customer Support Organization. Manage Array Checker and Array Saver Technical Publications and Training.
