For the last 30 years, I've been actively engaged in the field of Secondary and Elementary Education, holding various roles such as teacher, athletic director, assistant principal, principal, superintendent and currently serving as the interim superintendent of the Palmyra School District. As a dedicated educational leader, I am committed to continuous improvement, constantly seeking ways to enhance my skills and contribute to the success of both educators and students.Over the course of my extensive career, I have had the privilege of participating in a range of significant initiatives:District Budget Creation and Management:Demonstrated proficiency in developing and managing district budgets to ensure optimal resource allocation.Development of New Curriculum:Played a key role in the creation and implementation of innovative curriculum strategies to enhance the educational experience.Policy Creation and Implementation:Authored and implemented new policies, contributing to the establishment of effective and compliant educational frameworks.Security System and Protocol Updates:Spearheaded efforts to update and enhance security systems, programs, and protocols, ensuring a safe learning environment.Establishment of DEI Initiatives:Pioneered the introduction of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives within the district, fostering a more inclusive educational community.Management of Bond Referendum Projects:Successfully managed Bond Referendum projects, overseeing their execution from conception to completion.Prioritization of Positive Relationship Development:Placed a strong emphasis on prioritizing the development of positive relationships, both within the educational community and beyond.As I continue to lead in my current role as the interim superintendent of Palmyra School District, my dedication to educational excellence remains unwavering, and I look forward to contributing further to the advancement of education.
