Folkestone a newly developed senior community in Wayzata, MN offering senior independent, assisted living, enhanced assisted living, and memory care apartments as well as a full skilled care center, all within a community built to be ecologically sensitive and sustainable.

Westwood Ridge provides senior living options on a wooded campus setting in the greater St. Paul area. Successfully opened in September of 2012, a newly constructed, Transitional Care Unit; Memory Care; and Care Suites which required initial licensure, Medicare certification and initial start up.

Provided operational support and management for senior care communities in Minnesota, Iowa and Wisconsin. I have also transitioned several organizations from public/governmental ownership to private and not for profit ownership structures.

Served as Administrator of a 120 bed skilled nursing facility. During tenure at this location led the development of a 24 unit transitional care unit and a dedicated memory care neighborhood.

Served as administrator of a 97 bed skilled nursing facility in Nebraska and a 273 bed skilled nursing facility in Minnesota.
