I started in the Warehouse Operations in 1994. I have a great working knowledge of most aspects of the industry. In my current position I am responsible for all inventory, warehousing, shipping and receiving, general administrative duties and payroll functions. My main focus is providing excellent Management while managing cost efficiencies in supply chain. In addition to these skills, my responsibilities also include but are not limited to planning/receiving material and coordinating deliveries. There is not too much i do not know about warehouse management. By being a hands on Manager, I have been able to retain my current staff for over 20 years and not have a rotating door.
