I’ve acquired an Associate of Science in Cyber Security and Networking, which will equip me with the skills and knowledge to protect and defend computer networks and systems from cyber threats. I have learned how to configure, troubleshoot, and secure network devices, computer hardware, and cloud services, using tools such as VMware, Cisco, and CompTIA. I am also preparing to obtain my CompTIA A+, Security+, Network+, and Cloud+ certifications, which will enhance my resume and credentials.My goal is to combine my passion for cybersecurity and networking with my experience in customer service and human resources and contribute to the development and maintenance of secure and efficient IT systems and services. I have more than six years of experience in providing excellent customer service, solving problems, and communicating effectively with diverse clients and stakeholders. I am reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn new skills and technologies.
