Mr. Perry has more than 25 years of experience conducting and managing environmental investigations and property site assessments for private, commercial and industrial business clients, financial institutions, property management/real estate development companies and state/local government agencies. Mr. Perry has conducted Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) {including various scope-specific studies (i.e. HUD, Freddie Mac and Fannie Mae) and right-of-way corridor assessments}, Phase II Subsurface and Remedial Investigations, Asbestos and Hazardous Materials Building Surveys; and, prepared Asbestos Operations and Maintenance (O&M) Plans. Mr. Perry has also coordinated and managed the completion of ASTM-Scope Property Condition Assessments (PCAs), HUD Project Capital Needs Assessments (PCNAs), and various scope Physical Needs Assessments (PNAs). In addition to assessment/investigation activities, Mr. Perry has managed the implementation of various active soil and ground water remediation technologies including in-situ systems and hazardous waste characterization and disposal coordination. Mr. Perry has continually maintained expertise in environmental compliance, rules and regulations, and coordinated project financing through reimbursement funds, Tax-Increment Financing (TIF) and public grant programs. Mr. Perry's current Regional Manager position incorporates activities including: client account/relationship management, project delegation/scheduling, client-specific and corporate marketing strategy development, performance reviews and associated staffing/personnel actions, and senior project management/review and leadership mentoring.
