Reporting in to the Head of Mobile Product I have delivered various technical & service delivery and operations of mobile products & services across Guernsey, Jersey & the Isle of Man.• Responsible for the device marketing plan, including the launch, in-life and end-of-life of devices. • Account management, co-coordinating and negotiation with the Channel Islands and Isle of Man businesses key strategic suppliers.•Mobile Product Management across Channel Islands and Isle of Man covering all elements of the Marketing Mix •Establish and meet product sales targets through product development, services promotions and close integration with sales teams•Commercial management of the mobile product range•Identification of customer needs and leading product development through to launch•Work with the product management team, Pan CI, in the design and development of the mobile portfolio•Identify, quantify and specify (business case/product development proposals) consumer and business product requirements •Participate in the development of products, from conception through to launch and to specifically manage the product launch in CI and IOM markets.•Support pre-sales activity, (retail, dealer and account managers), for the sale of mobile propositions

Responsible for the effective and efficient roll out of consistent Retail Sales processes and procedures operation in the Channel Islands & Isle Of Man with the aim to deliver a first class service to customers and providing support and guidance for the retail teams. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES• operate to agreed targets for the Retail Sales Group • Product Development lifecycle, ensure new products and promotions are well thought through for presentation to the retail environment and ultimately to the customer.• provide high level solutions for ‘Top Tier Customers and Premier Mobile Partners.• To identify and develop processes and procedures to improve the level of service to our customers and the quality of information required by our business partners• responsibility for solving system related issues impacting upon the retail operation• responsible for the development of efficient and effective processes/procedures in the retail sales environment.• roll out and ensure adherence to the defined and agreed retail sales processes and procedures across retail sales environment.• understand and participate in the User Acceptance testing of system changes that impact the effective and efficient operation within the retail sales environment.• monitor staff performance, ensuring retail staff received appropriate training and support across the business units
