Served as the divisions internal OD consultant, responsible for driving cultural and leadership change across the division. Developed and executed talent assessment activities, to include, succession planning, bench strength and leadership development planning. Provided strategy on organizational design and employee engagement efforts. Initiatives included designing an internal “Leadership University” program to help strengthen current and future leaders within the division, facilitating a 360 degree leadership development program for leaders and building succession plans for key areas within the organization. Additional focus was on leadership coaching, team facilitation and leadership content delivery.Lead successful Collective Barging Agreement (CBA) negotiations with Local Teamsters 986 and IBEW Local 2088 resulting in positive Award Fee by NASA.
