Day to Day managment of BPSG, BPSG Is a team effort along with Steve Bell and Nathaniel Mortimer and all the BPSG team.

BellPhillips Safety Group is a construction safety management company that specializes in helping company's who already have existing safety programs or we can help build them a new one. BellPhillips completed a Run of the River project as Prime on the Cullition Creek Hydro Project. We have construction safety advisors who run the experience spectrum from a couple of years to Senior employees with 8 years or more experience. We have enjoyed our time and experience working with First Nations and keeping in mind when one door closes another one opens. BellPhillips is working right across Canada with Masotti safety services in Cambridge Ontario to a supplying Prime Safety at Orgaworld in Surrey. We have become a member of the ISN Networld, and we just became COR Certified .

My duties and time are split between BellPhillips Safety Group & Smith Bros & Wilson. I am the operations manager at BPSG and I help with Corp Safety at SBW, I started with SBW in 2003. I have worked primarily in safety but once in while venturing out as Superintendent. We started BellPhillips in 2009. I have been fortunate that while being a safety person i also got the opporrtunity to become a site superintendent. Its one thing to understand the regulations manuals and procedures but its quite another to understand how safety would work from the drawing stage on through to occupancy. This has taught me that Safety and Production can go hand in hand but it needs to start at the beginig not as an after thought when the site has already started.
