Started my career as an operator trained initially to work on nuclear reactor power plants as well as write quality packages, perform quality inspections and manage a nuclear chemistry inventory system. Education is in chemistry with a MS in Business with a focus in advanced data analytics and supply chain management. I also have a minor in business administration exposing me to finance control.Significant experienced in diesel generators, electrical systems (UPS), general piping and HVAC. Highly experienced in reading and understanding electrical and mechanical diagrams. I worked maintaining facilities for a 1.5 million sqft building that required a TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance to work at.I am also proficient in coding languages Python, R, SQL and programs like Alteryx and Tableau. Am an expert at Office 365 and VBA. Have a functional knowledge of AI/Machine Learning/Neural Networks/KNN. I have formal education as a Linux administrator expanding my knowledge in computer networking and BASH/Bourne Shell programing.Currently, I am classified as a Seinor Process Engineer. I manage a team of 7 Shop Engineers and Engineer contractors from NEXA for the implementation of a CMMS system(EAM) for Medical Product Division at W.L. Gore and Associates. This involves integration with SAP/MES for improvments in ERP and Product Lifecycle Managment. I am the leading subject matter expert on the program and was instrumental to the writing of the procedures for its operation as well as the validation testing to make sure it met CFR as well as ISO standards. Currently training dozens of associates and creating hundreds of hours of videos to bring the level of knowledge up to make shop self sufficient in the new system.Extremely comfortable in analyzing a situation and making business recommendations of the provided input from both an analytical as well as an empathetic standpoint.
