Our passion is taking a group of DVs on outdoor excursions and adventures while incorporating Information Technology (IT) and Cybersecurity principles, training and certifications. DVs are also enrolled into the DVUF University which provides continuing education.Created and led by Disabled Veterans, DVUF understands the challenges that DVs face today. Some cope well with the challenges of yesterday and some need additional time. We are here to care for our brothers and sisters in arms. Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) lead/IT Project Manager supporting the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution–Technical Refresh (NMMES-TR)

Deputy Chief Information Officer (CIO) for Navy Recruiting Command (NRC). Managed all IT/Communications across the global NRC supporting enterprise supporting over 7,500 users. Acting CIO (GS-15 billet) for last 6 months until my departure reporting directly to 1 star Admiral/NRC Commander.

Responsible for all IT and Communications for Marine Corps Air Station. Directly supported the Defense Policy Review Initiative (DPRI) transfer of Carrier Air Wing (CVW-5) relocation from Atsugi, Japan to Iwakuni, Japan. Reported directly to Air Station Commander/O-6.

S-5, Future Plans Portfolio and Project manager lead for multiple IT Enterprise projects. Worked the Program Objective Memorandum (POM) Capital Planning Investment Control (CPIC) processes with Executive Officer (XO) and Comptroller.

Led the Marine Corps Base Quantico G-6 Help Desk and the Quantico Area Control Center (ACC). Led teams to provide project management and IT support for events such as the USMC General Officer Symposium (GOS), Marine Corps Marathon (MCM), Marine Corps Historic Half Marathon (MCHH), Force Structure Review Group (FSRG), & Anti-Terrorism Force Protection (ATFP) Exercises.

Managed daily network operations of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). Representative to the former Joint Task Force Global Network Operations (JTF-GNO), which is now CYBERCOM/MARFORCYBER.Led an Active Duty Marine, Civilian and Contractor team that monitored 24x7 global operations.

Managed a diverse team of Government contractors in a secure environment supporting the USMC/NMCI contract. Created and maintained executive level reports regarding current and future operations, outages, and both scheduled and unscheduled maintenances for the entire Navy/Marine Corps NMCI network. Monitored multiple monitoring tools such as Tivoli and Net Cool which provides a 24x7 view on USMC switches, routers, and servers ensuring that any outages that occurred were quickly noticed and services were promptly restored.Partnered with senior leaders from the Storage Area Network (SAN), Backup and Restore, Exchange, and Network Operations teams for weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings. I communicated with staff the implementation of the Account Management Life Cycle (account creation, modification, deletion, enabling, disabling, and monitoring of user accounts for various systems and applications).Monitored a nationwide network involving small through large LAN environments to a single, fully integrated Wide Area Network providing secure voice, video and data transmission. I managed the Network Operations Center and a team of 25 engineers responsible for Marine Corps NMCI and Legacy Networks. Planned, engineered, and managed the testing and implementation of Marine Corps NMCI enterprise disaster recovery and fail over plan.
