My challenges have not only materialised in my business career. From 2003 through to 2006 I completed over 30 marathons in many countries and 10 Ultra marathons including the legendary Marathon De Sable, 250k across the Sahara desert. I started climbing in 2006 successfully summiting Kilimanjaro then Aconcagua, Argentina in 2008 and Denali, Alaska in 2009. In 2010 I took time out to pursue a challenge to climb Everest. I stood on the top of the highest mountain in the World in May 2011 and then set myself the target to climb the remaining three of the Seven Summits, (the seven highest summits on the seven continents). I completed the last three, Elbrus in Georgia, Carstensz in Indonesia and Vinson in Antarctica in 2012 and became one of only 360 people in the World to summit all 7 and, evidently, one of only 3 to have summited them all at the first attempt :)First business start up 1999.
