Segmented and assigned the top 10% of the base and created robust fundraiser portfolios and prospect engagement lists. In consultation with VP, led annual strategic planning efforts to create a comprehensive development plan which included goals, objectives and tactics for each of the following: data systems, fundraising, marketing and communications, events and donor engagement, staffing and budgets. Led the overhaul and cleanup of the CRM database to implement BP’s first ever prospect moves management and donor coding system complete with performance metrics, dashboards, reports, and goals for the entire fundraising team.
