Responsible for Print on Demand sales and services to the Americas

Responsible for Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Customer Support and Demand Planning for Book Publishing Product segment (210,000 tons annually) spanning production facilities in two U.S. mills. Grew market share in mature market by developing cusomized, value-added product and service solutions for Publishers and Book Manufacturers.

Business Unit Management. Directed Sales and Marketing, and Product Management for all Printing and writing Papers, including Envelope, Commercial printing papers, Bag, and Book Publishing papers. Implemented strategic pricing and profitability initiative, shifting product mix from commodity to specialized markets. Developed industry-leading MyGlatfelter.com e-commerce business platform.

Directed all Field Sales activity for Book Publishing, Converting, and Commercial Printing papers. Responsible for sales and marketing 200,000 tons of annual production from 2 mills. Determined all printing papers pricing and market timing of price changes. Developed GMI inventory concept (Glatfelter-managed inventory) as the industry-leading just-in-time program for Educational publishers.

Directed and managed six-person Sales team, covering all printing accounts in the East and Northeast.

Managed Sales teritory in New York and New Jersey, growing annual volume from 20,000 tons to 50,000 tons.

Directed all procurement activities, including production materials and engineered componants for book manufacturing facility
