As the Director of Virgin Trains Ticketing, the UK's most rewarding rail ticketing app. I've taken the platform from launch in 2022, to where it is today - selling millions of pounds worth of GB rail tickets (and now railcards!), championing the customer and generating more rail journeys for the industry. I'm a proud member of the Virgin Red leadership team (VTT is an entity of Virgin Red) and I am fully accountable for this mini Virgin company with its own P&L. I have many years of experience with train operating companies across commercial functions including business and commercial development, sales and distribution and e-commerce. At Eurostar I worked cross border with teams in France and Belgium. My early career started in FMCG sales and business development courtesy of Scottish & Newcastle UK and prior to that, GlaxoSmithKline Plc.
