Key Responsibilities:-Oversee end-to-end virtual production processes across all projects, utilizing state-of-the-art LED volumes and mobile solutions-Spearhead the implementation and continuous improvement of our proprietary TRAJECTORY pre-production toolkit-Lead cross-departmental collaboration to seamlessly integrate virtual production techniques throughout the production pipeline-Work directly with high-profile clients, directors, and producers to translate creative visions into achievable virtual production solutions-Manage a team of virtual production specialists, including volume operators and technical directors-Oversee technical operations of our LED stages, as well as mobile volume deployments worldwide-Collaborate with technology partners to refine and improve products for filmmaker-specific needs-Optimize utilization of carrier-class internet capabilities for high-speed data transfer-Develop new virtual production workflows focused on enhancing collaboration, efficiency, and creative freedom

Mountain Bar Productions was founded in August 2015 with Riley Hayes, Luke Dejoras, and Ashley Tsunoda after the group came together to film a short sci-fi proof of concept titled Out Of The Maw.Mountain Bar brings stories to life through all different types of media including: Feature Films, Short Films, Proofs of Concept, and other forms of digital media.
