Mark’s strengths in communication and stakeholder management have allowed him to realise some outstanding achievements which he credits to his supporting teams whenever possible.Mark has had a diverse career path starting as a tradesman and spent many years in design, project management and business management (mostly in the water industry), leading to large scale civil construction works and senior management roles of functional divisions in large corporations. This experience has equipped Mark to be well-grounded with a quite unique and diverse skill set to set up his own small business. Alongside his professional career, Mark has become an efficient operator of a vast array of plant and machinery in agriculture and manufacturing. Mark has always been a dynamic, energetic highly skilled and effective individual in work, play and community involvement. Fulfilment for Mark involves making a positive difference to the world through being a committed husband and father, protecting and supporting the vulnerable, leading, developing and influencing others toward best practice outcomes. Mark also has a particular interest in innovation, sustainability and collaboration. Mark brings a high level of skill, intelligence, emotional awareness and energy to his environment.
