ExperienceEnsure best practices within QC program during renovation projects on Homestead Air Reserve Base. Correct quality issues in field by adjusting manpower and resolving punch-list items before project completion. Build positive contractor relationships. Lead subcontractor staff on $4M budget on interior renovations for MEP upgrades, ground up additions to training and high security facilities. Assured the Owner that all projects were constructed under their best interest, delivering the projects ahead of schedule, within budget and following the established guidelines of the Quality Control Program. Established means to correct quality issues by adjusting workmanship and assuring the reduction of punch-list items before the substantial completion dates.
