As Builts for Xcel Energy on replacement piping. Pothole and Profile Sheets for PG&E for L109 Gas Transmission Pipe Line.. This included the Index Sheet, General Construction Notes, Profile Sheets, Detail Sheets, and Deactivation Sheets. Worked on segments L109-2A, L109-3A, L109-4B, 4C & 4D.

URS Washington Division, 3D Auto plant Designer, Denver, Colorado Ran AutoCAD 2006 w/Auto plant. Modeling equipment for Utility Building and cooling tower area for the Petro-Canada job. Worked as a PDS Checker for Thor Treatment Technologies project in Idaho Falls, Idaho, checking isometrics against P & ID’s and against the PDS model to insure that all components were installed per specification. Performed yellow-off of P & ID’s of entire job for completion. Checked all piping systems (over 30,000 feet), Duct and Electrical cable tray, with Smart Plant Review Program

Aiken, South Carolina Worked on a Desaltification project on site, Tank 13H, 16H & 37H. Checked P & I D’s on MCU Project. PDS and Microstation J. Piping Design check according to Project Checking Procedures insuring that the designs are according to project criteria, checking compliance with design guides, standards, specifications, procedures, construction, operability, safety, and review of supplier data.

Senior Designer over the Refinery Distillate Integration Project. Consist of 200 Tie-ins, 1-400’ & 1-200’ ’x 72” Bore pipe with 17 lines running 20’ underground. Designed piping for meter-runs, pumps and control valve stations. Designed Entrance and Exit Pit piping into new and existing racks. Updated over 50 P & I D’s per process engineer’s revisions. In charge of the FCCU for turn-around. Modeled internal components of the V-8 Reactor to install a 2” Steam Line. Worked with project manager to add a 150# Steam Generator for FCCU area. Modeled in CADWorx and issued bid package with Ortho’s and Iso’s. Worked as a checker on #1 Sulfur Plant addition. Modeled as built Acid Chiller in acid Plant to produce Ortho’s and Section Views. Worked to install sleeves for plumbing and mechanical systems in hospital. Located seismic hangers for plumbing and mechanical systems on Ortho’s for engineers to assign value to each. AutoCAD 2005 and Rebis Piping.

Worked with civil engineer on offshore platform to redesign stairwells. Designed foundations and stairwells for electrical substations. For SCG Pipeline Inc., modeled and designed an upgrade for a coalescing filter separator at Jasper County power house. For Southern LNG, modeled and designed an upgrade for firewater system on a service platform at Elba Island facility. Worked with a process engineer on a thermal and vaporization study. Designed and modeled mechanical and plumbing systems for the Westin Motel in Detroit, Michigan. Designed and modeled Citgo PMA addition with tank, pumps and tie-ins for expansion project in Savannah, Georgia. Worked on aerosol plant drawings for process piping: Modeled a valve station header for a truck unloading station. Converted 3D models into 2D drawings. AutoCAD 2000i and Rebis Piping.

Collaborated with construction engineers to reroute piping in purification, buffer, and production. Modeled and designed exhaust clean steam as well as CIPS and CIPR lines to tanks and transfer panels. Completed a cell-culture walk down on P & I D’s in record time. AutoCAD 2000i and Rebis Piping.

Colonial Heights, Virginia Designed a fiberglass line from fiber optics lab to scrubbers. Designed piping for installation of a new heat exchanger. Designed new routing for chilled water piping outside of a generator building. Conceived piping and hangers for new chillers and pumps to various plant areas. AutoCAD14 and Rebis Piping.

Laurel, Maryland Worked with a senior designer on plumbing and mechanical systems. Served as coordinator for inserting X-references from other contractors on sleeves. Designed plumbing and mechanical systems for building complex. Modeled and designed chilled water supply and return as wall as a storm sewer for a parking garage. AutoCAD 2000i and CADPipe.
