As VP of Account Management, my primary focus is on the expansion of the i360 Accounts and Client Services Teams, building for success in the years and decades to come. Our specific objectives are to increase sales of an extensive product suite and enhance customer experience for users. During my tenure I have conducted multiple rebrands of products and revamped our sales pipeline to meet the needs of a diverse client portfolio.

Founded a new division at i360 by building a multidisciplinary team and expansive client portfolio from scratch. I grew the department by identifying key prospects, setting and achieving demanding benchmarks, negotiating large agreements with executives and mentoring junior staff. With my development and introduction of new business processes, I was able to significantly improve customer satisfaction, interactions and turnaround times.

Acquired and oversaw a large group of enterprise-level clients. I effectively communicated i360’s offerings through hundreds of business pitches and training's and fulfilled customer requests using Microsoft SQL and a variety of analytical software platforms.

Advised Congressman Ryan on numerous legislative priorities, wrote strategic articles and op-eds published in national publications and administered Representative Ryan’s website which was voted best in the House of Representatives during the 112th Congress.
