Specialties include parking structures, facades including curtain wall, plaza waterproofing and roofs.Mark’s restoration experience includes the evaluation and restoration of concrete, steel, and masonry associated with parking structures, industrial facilities, and building facades. He also has experience in the evaluation and repair of waterproofing systems in plaza areas. Mark was the co-author of the "Below Grade Systems" chapter of the National Institute of Building Sciences online building enclosure design guide.Mark has experience in the design, detailing, and thermal and overall performance analysis of curtain wall systems for buildings. This experience includes stick and unitized curtain wall, as well as design assist projects.Mark has experience in the design of structural strengthening using Fiber Reinforced Polymers (FRP). He has presented numerous nationwide seminars on the use and design of FRP systems to engineers.Mark has experience serving as Principal/Project Manager/ Structural Engineer for the design of new parking structures and the evaluation/restoration of existing structures.
