Currently I have been undertaking the Compliance Auditor and Coach role within Avonline, covering the Virgin/OGI/Gigaclear contracts. Helping to strive for the Right First Time ethos and mentality, by auditing current builds and mentoring engineers in best practices. I offer an insight into a builds work quality and address any trends or anomalies noted to the build teams and contractors. In doing so I have seen success in getting builds to pass Nexfibre audits first time and in getting multi-contract builds up to the correct standards. Using my extensive PIA knowledge to help facilitate this.I am an experienced engineer, having worked for Openreach for nine years. I am a self-motivated, innovative, and hard-working with a wide variety of engineering, customer services, sales, and managerial experience. I am an effective communicator, resourceful and have exceptional organisational skills. An enthusiastic team player who works well under pressure and busy environments, either as part of a team or as a lone worker. I am looking for a challenging position where my previous experience, patience and communication skills can be successfully utilised. I have a positive attitude and work ethic that motivates others to excel. I enjoy multi-tasking, problem solving and utilising time management efficiently to deliver set targets.
