I have oversight for the implementation of our New to Manager and New to Director high volume role transition programs. I am also the program lead for our New to Director program and own the design, delivery and evaluation of this high profile program. These programs form part of the overall Management and Leadership Global Strategy. Both programs are designed and delivered virtually to maximize global impact and scale. Evaluation metrics embedded into the programs ensure we listen to feedback and continually evolve the content. I work as part of a global team based in Manchester. I work very closely with colleagues based in India, US and Canada. In my current role I have also supported and project managed various company initiatives such as re-defining company values and behaviors and embedding within our HR and global training solutions. Currently I am focusing on two project initiatives around how we measure manager effectiveness and innovative thinking to re-imagine and re-develop the future of our management programs.

Role change to specialise in Management and Leadership Development. Since 2017 I have successfully project led and designed several management programs. Evaluation has been a key factor to ensure that year on year we learn and listen to feedback. High completion rates with positive survey results. I have a broad experience delivering programs aimed at first time managers and a more seasoned audience up to the director level. My role also involves supporting performance management initiatives and delivering coaching sessions. Additional highlights have been designing and rolling out a spotlight event on Leading Accountability, delivering change management workshops and leading several Talent Development programs creating pipeline potential. Certified in 2017 to deliver foundational neuroscience training has hugely impacted my knowledge and self-awareness of the impact of human emotions.

Responsible for the design, delivery and evaluation of global training solutions. Based in Manchester But training delivered in person in the UK, Europe and India. The role involved consulting with business lines and supporting their training and development needs with both core bank systems training plus professional development skills. Project led the rollout of a values based leadership model across the UK and Europe.

Joined BNYMellon as an embedded Business Training Manager for the Client Accounting Group. Responsible for training new employees and also for reviewing and delivering new skills solutions to existing staff. Based on skills assessment, I implemented a number of training solutions such as bank core systems, accounting knowledge and soft skills. Working closely with the head of department and management team was key for alignment and I also had full autonomy to create and suggest improvements to training practices and subjects across the business group.

Responsible for the development of Training solutions in a new fast paced telecomms sales operation. Operationalising a learning curriculum was a key objective together with creating a high performance onboarding program and innovative sales solutions. The vision was created in a very short space of time producing quality training and a return on investment through fully evaluated solutions. The operation was subsequently purchased by a new new company and the business moved overseas.

Conducted various Learning & Development Consultancy roles within the Halifax and Bank of Scotland HBOS PLC group. Held operational L&D Consultancy roles based in Chester, Halifax Head office and Scotland. The roles included UK travel and involved defining, creating and delivering training solutions to staff and management across locations within the UK. The ability to deal with change positively was a huge component part of this period as the environment was very fluid with a great amount of change and upskilling required.
