Member of the Benelux Management team . Full P&L responsibility with an annual Net Revenue USD 130 mln and reporting to BU President Western Europe. Setting up the High End company within Benelux to capture premium brands (Leffe, Corona, Cubanisto, Tripel Karmeliet) growth in the BNL beer market within On & Off trade and responsible for leading a cross departmental team.

Responsible for setting up the Nordic business including full P&L responsibility for an annual Net Revenue of USD 43 mln. Reporting to the BU President of Export Europe and Middle East. Accelerating revenue growth for our global brands (Corona, Budweiser, Stella Artois, Leffe and Hoegaarden) in On & Off trade. Steering 7 commercial country managers

Responsible for Brand Development (brand strategy, -positioning, -360 activations, experiential and new product developments), and leading the 2014 World Cup 360 campaign for Jupiler.2 direct reports. Jupiler is a beer brand sold in 4 countries within Europe and has an annual Net Revenue of USD 551 MIO. Reporting to the Marketing Manager Jupiler & Stella Artois BNFL

Responsible and managing the commercial agreement for the accounts Jan Linders, Poiesz, Boni, Boon, Vomar, Mitra and Gall & Gall accounts, whilst supporting the Retail Director for Albert Heijn.
