I started my construction experience early and worked in the Construction Industry from the age of 12 starting building custom homes and commercial properties with my father and brothers, doing all aspects of the projects. After Collage relocated to Las Vegas where a more in-depth learning and training begin from managing a small group of individuals installing utilities to estimating and managing multimillion dollar projects that include excavation, grading, paving, concrete and utility projects for private developers and Government agencies including several hundred lot subdivisions, detention basins, minor and major water, sewer and storm drain transmission lines, design build commercial and highway projects, road and highway construction to several hundred acre development sites, utilizing several different estimating programs, digitized take off systems, project management programs, Primavera and Microsoft Scheduling Software, PCMX Take off and Estimating systems and various other custom made spreadsheets. Overseeing the projects from concept design, cost estimating, proposals, budgets, subcontracts, purchasing, scheduling, progress billings to final close out. Have completed this type of work in Nevada, Utah and Wyoming.
