Having been in the construction industry all my working life I feel well placed in my current role to make use of my gained experiences. Fifteen hard years of laying bricks was responsible for the ingrained attitude that at the end of the day your efforts are to be visible. Working at Sika now since 2002 I have covered many different parts of the business with technical support, Waterproofing, Concrete Repair, Resin Flooring, CFRP Bonding, Sealing Bonding. One of these , Resin Flooring has taken me to different countries within the EMEA region providing technical support over the years. Managing a team of technicians ensuring site support, technical training and overall support for the sales organisation has been a pleasure to me. My current role offers me diversity and challenges to which I embrace and enjoy.
