This included doing requirements through our old Waterfall method and now adhering to the SAFe Agile approach.• Served as Site Lead at both Kandahar Airfield (KAF) and Kabul International Airfield (KAIA) and Team Lead in Africa. As Site Lead/Team Lead, I helped create processes for keeping personnel informed with their Human Resource and life support issues. • As a Safe/Agile Scrum Master, I use SAFe/Agile practices within JIRA to facilitate our team in creating deliverables including course design documents, storyboards, audio/video scripts, visual guides, storyboards, instructor/student guides, and presentations for both in-person and online training courses.• As a Curriculum Developer, I design, develop, and conduct training programs to support client operations and services, establishing course objectives, developing course content, and planning/developing various scenarios and interactive online learning solutions for US Military, Department of State, and civilian training audiences.
