Working to develop synthetic RNA switches for low-cost, point-of-care diagnostic assay for viral infections. Design experiments to assess the efficacy of our prototypes and refine our design. The focus of our project is deploying a network of sensors to monitor sea level rise along coastal Georgia. My two main roles were to integrate rainfall sensors into the existing network and program new type of board that sends data through LTE Cellular instead of LoraWan.
