Tracked project costs and key performance metrics and presented weekly/monthly reports to Marketing and Operations. Reduced materials costs by over $1mm per year, eliminated 83% of material obsolescence and reduced stock outs by 92% per year.

Directed all Planning and Purchasing activities for the Oral Care division. Negotiated with suppliers and purchased components and finished goods from international and domestic sources for assembly in the U.S. Managed Production at Playtex owned Plants and at Contract Manufacturing locations.Coordinated display and promotional programs with Marketing, purchased all display components and scheduled production.
