Leading the regional reconciliation function which is responsible for internal and external client asset and money reconciliations across a number of jurisdictions. Ensuring the highest level of compliance with all regulations (CASS, CAR) across several jurisdictions while looking to evolve the team’s processes through technological solutions and adhering to stakeholders SLAs.Providing leadership and direction to the reconciliation function, creating an environment which achieves consistently high levels of performance, accountability, and colleague engagement.
