I started out in the workforce when I was 16, working in the concession of a movie theatre and eventually working at Gamestop till I graduated. From there I gained some experience and skills as a bar-backer. Which led to the inevitable desire to open up my own bar. My brother and I did exactly that. Opened up a bar called Big Heads Bar-N-Grill and had a blast for 2 years before selling the brand and building. It might have not been a success, but it wasnt a complete failure. I took this time to join the Military at the end of 2006 where I did 3 years active duty Army as a 13-F/Foward Observer. I served 2 tours in Afghanistan where I gained an incredible amount of knowledge and experience on how to handle stress under immense pressure.My first tour was more field work oriented that involved fire missions and providing artillery support for ongoing ground missions conducted my us and our allies. My second tour I stayed on the FOB as apart of the logistics team. Our mission was to track and coordinate support for all artillery assets and ongoing fire missions in the area of operation. We also provided analysis of impact craters from incoming mortor fire. After the military I spent some time supporting my wife and her endeavors while decompressing all of my stress from my time over seas. My first job back into the work force was for a local artisan cold-press juicery called JugoFresh. I started out in the kitchen and quickly rose to logistics manager. I coordinated 2 teams of logistics personal to handle receiving and storage of fresh produce, inventory management, picking of products for multiple store locations and delivery of products to the stores, spread across 3 eight hour shifts. I left the company after it announced it would be closing down and have been managing the 3rd shift of a Shell gas station since. As of 2022 I have begun to work in the Textile Industry under Milliken and Company. I am currently a Quality Facilitator at the Gilliland Plant Location.
