About Mark Quirk

Renowned as a super experienced practitioner in all matters HR, ER and IR, I have worked in both private and public sector organisations where change has been a constant. My roles have typically revolved around driving this change through constructive, strategic and operational planning and delivery. I developed and honed my skills in major public health organisations, in manufacturing, mining, service and Government organisations, large and small. I have led major change initiatives - organisational restructuring, IR redirection, HR functional realignment, policy setting and implementation, team building and refocusing. I have worked at the most senior levels as part of Senior Leadership Teams, as the trusted adviser to the CEO, as a mediator, coach and mentor. I have conducted sensitive investigations into alleged instances of harassment, bullying, misconduct, OHS incidents, and fraud.
