Responsible for OEM and lighting control sales throughout Eastern Canada, Eastern U.S., the Caribbean and South America. Established a Manufacturer’s Representative program for Echelon’s lighting control product line and signed over twenty representatives over the past eighteen months. Worked with OEM customers to design-in Echelon technology for device-to-device communication, enabling their products to participate in the Internet of Things.

Responsible for regional business development, strategic & tactical account strategies, and channel partner strategies for suite of Supply Chain enterprise software products to include demand planning, inventory planning, replenishment planning, and warehouse management. Managed sales team which covered the Northeast from Maine to Pennsylvania as well as eastern Canada. Worked with strategic accounts to include Polo Ralph Lauren, Pfizer, Pharmacia, Tiffany & CO., L’Oréal and Pernod Ricard USA.

Responsible for operating profit and revenue growth of the region and coordinated project activities, after market service program, and interfaced with manufacturing and marketing teams to fulfill company commitments and customer expectations. Managed regional team of thirteen people and worked with strategic orders to include International Paper, Georgia Pacific, and Bowater Inc. Joined Honeywell via their acquisition of Measurex Corporation in March 1997.

Managed sales of quality control and distributed process control systems to industrial flat-sheet customers in Maryland, Pennsylvania & New York. Responsible for customer satisfaction and was authorized to direct company resources and service personnel to fulfill commitments.

Worked with local Area Sales Manager to secure orders through: product trials; ROI analyses; application studies; and by documenting financial results to the customer of all new equipment installations.
