Quickly and successfully adapted First Republic Bank mortgage products and pricing to align with JPMorganChase, reporting to the CFO of Consumer Origination. Delivered the transition of crucial knowledge, relationships and data from FRB to JPMC. Led ongoing operations of FRB's Lending Strategy, Products and Sales through wind down and the conversion of lending functions to JPMC staff and systems.

Built and led four separate teams/functions: Rate Lock Desk; Secondary Market Transaction Management; Investor Support Desk; CRA Loan Purchases. Key contributor to the growth of the SFR loan portfolio to $101.5B by the end of 2022 and to balance sheet management via secondary market activities, formulation of lending strategy, and management of mortgage products and pricing.•Transformed secondary market transactions (loan sales, securitizations, purchases, participations) in the execution of over $35B of deals, including analysis/negotiation of legal documents, counterparty relationships, tie-out/funding, vendor engagements and loan diligence process. •Developed systematic CRA loan purchase program, sourcing sellers, negotiating contracts and executing trades of 16,000+ units with 20+ partners.•Leveraged lending data to formulate product and policy recommendations to influence volume, product mix, and deposit and wealth management acquisition for presentation in a weekly C-suite strategy meeting, resulting in dozens of approved proposals. •Developed and maintained departmental policies and acted as Compliance, Risk, SOX, FDIC, Audit, and Fair Lending subject matter expert and liaison, resulting in no material findings.•Instituted systemic SFR loan file review program and used resulting data to construct a QA program resulting in a 33% reduction in “critical” conditions per loan.•Created and executed LIBOR Index Transition Plan for the serviced for others workstream, frictionlessly converting $1.4B of outstanding LIBOR-based loans with 62 separate partners.•Drove over a dozen loan origination system enhancements to improve efficiency, accuracy and compliance.•Primary communicator of mortgage pricing and policy changes to Sales.•Owned and administered constantly-evolving mortgage rate sheet and directed product and pricing changes in First Republic systems.•Built partnerships with 13 regional Habitat for Humanity affiliates, purchasing 475 Habitat loans.
