Retired as vice president of marketing for Publix Super Markets, a Fortune 100 company also ranked on Fortune’s the World’s Most Admired Companies list. Now serving on the Publix Board of Directors. For more than 30 years I was the senior marketing leader at Publix. There I led the evolution of marketing from a small in-house advertising department to become a highly skilled multi-disciplined marketing function of over 350 associates. Its areas of expertise include marketing communications, creative development, customer analytics, loyalty performance, consumer insights and market research, product and service branding and design, and environmental design.
