During this time, I primarily worked with the GM Learning (formerly General Motors University) Analytics team. I worked on a number of different areas, including: Ad hoc survey design/distribution/maintenance/monitoring, data collection, data analysis, reporting, and metrics (most notably on GM Learning's course evaluation surveys).I also supported Talent Acquisition (most notably with regard to onboarding and offboarding surveys) and Talent Management (with regard to employee evaluation program support from 2012-2015) during this time.The April 2017 end date reflects my transfer to a new position within GM that took effect on May 1, 2017.
